Let's get started...

but how? One thing seems clear: If it is already stressful to organise a trip for one person, it is even harder to do this for a group of people, and especially for those, who do not just want to lie around but who are active and want to experience different things.

First of all: Get your head around the most simple questions and things first. All important details, that you should not forget, work out from there.

When I started planning my trip to Latin America it came down to 6 basic questions:

Where do I want to go?
How long do I want to stay?
Where do I want to stay (accommdation)?
How much time do I want to spend on travelling?
How much money can I spend?
When should we start planning?

The last question binds the ones before. Still, you should first start with the most important thing: Where do we want to go? I will write on this and on each of the other points in a separate story. Please read below.
